| Service agreements are one way a company can be sure that help is there when you need it.
DaLogics will offer 2 hours of support services and development every month (The hours do not accumulate from
month to month). Service agreements are to help maintain the web site and slightly alter functionality. For instance
a logo may changed or a picture needs to be changed due to the season or monthly special. The service agreement does not imply
additional enhancements to the site. If the estimated time for the requested service exceeds the alotted 2 hours, the
client will be notified of the additional charge of billing at $60.00/Hour (US) prior to proceeding with the request.
