The Music Resource
TheMusicResource needed several interfaces developed. The front end web interface allows customers to look into inventory and order statuses, but TheMusicResource needed some faster way of maintaining the orders from a user friendly interface than a web browser allows. An application gives the staff at TheMusicResource additional felxibility that a browser doesn't offer. The application developed keeps track of user accounts, order status, product details, inventory, price breaks, special promos and front end specialization, tax records, reporting, and much more. Additionally, a semi-realtime environment was set up using dcom to mass import inventory statuses.

JazzBooks
Along with a frontend web browser interface, JazzBooks also needed a way to maintain catalog information. The users experience and ease of selection were more important in JazzBooks project. It was very important to allow one product to be found via many category/sub-category selections. The application interface needed to allow the staff to use their ability to map which products can be found under particular searches. The complexity of these mappings was eliminated simply by providing an intuitive interface that has enabled JazzBooks to provide selection ease to their customers and be able to maintain and upkeep the mappings so that they make sense as time changes.
